Dr. William B. Looney has been a part of Endodontic Associates of East Alabama since 1994. He is an active member of several prominent professional dental organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists, staying involved in the endodontic community to ensure his patients receive the most up-to-date care.
Outside of work, Dr. Looney enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, whom he married in 1990, and their three children. Together, they love spending time outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying nature. They're also active members of Vestavia Methodist Church, where they participate in community activities and support local initiatives.

The Receptionist was very Sweet and Professional, I didn’t have to wait . They called me back right on time. The Dental Hygienist made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they would be doing as they went and she had a very Sweet Personality. When I met Dr. Looney he was very Professional but yet had a Wonderful Personality and made me feel at ease about everything he had to do for my Root Canal ( this was my First) . I would Refer anyone to Dr. Looney for any work on your Teeth .Thank you to His Team for making me Comfortable sence I have Severe Anxiety 🦷😁
What can I say Dr. Looney is the best; he is very professional and retreated my root canal without a problem. I am not going to say anything disappointing from the previous dentist office near Brookwood Hospital, who said something different . Let’s just say Dr. Looney did not hesitate too fix the problem and offer to follow up with him in 3 months. By the way I have not had any pain problems. Oh , I forgot his staff was very nice and professional.
I have never experienced such quality care as I did at this office. Dr Looney and his staff were incredible and my treatment was pain free! I would recommend them to anyone with endo issues.
Dr.Looney and his assistant Katlyn were the absolute best!
